Stephen Linker is a preeminent forensic accounting expert in the United States. He provides investigative financial analysis services to individuals and families as well as to businesses.

His areas of expertise include, among others, creating Win/Win scenarios in divorce mediation, valuing businesses, fraud prevention consulting, fraud detection, matrimonial litigation support, and commercial litigation economic damages calculations. He has testified as an expert witness in litigation matters in numerous courts.

Steve is of the opinion that divorce mediation is the sensible alternative to divorce litigation 1) when the two spouses commit to working honestly and amicably with each other in pursuit of a “Win/Win” settlement, 2) when they are interested in the correct valuation of their assets and liabilities to ensure equitable distribution, and 3) when they recognize the substantial monetary savings that mediation affords over litigation.

Steve is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Valuation Analyst, Certified in Financial Forensics, and a Fellow in the American College of the Forensic Examiners Institute.
