Will the remaining spouse need to put cash in the transaction, or can that be avoided? These are just a couple of the important questions that must be taken into account in divorce situations.
Even if the divorcing spouses agree to sell their home, Dominick will prequalify would-be buyers to ensure they qualify for the financing they need, before you sign a contract of sale.
