Dear Ada–
What a terrible loss for you and our community,
Love,
Steve
Ada,
It’s sad to see your radiant smile diminished by your loss. But, your friendship with Susan contributed to it. For as much as I am saddened by the loss of friends, colleagues and some relatives, I am heartended by recognizing how much less my life would have been without them. You see it, but seem yet to take it as a source of comfort. May you.
Death closes the book of one’s life. Susan’s book seems consequential to you and others. No doubt it will remain so.
May her memory be a blessing to you. Thank you for sharing Susan with those of us who did not know her.
Best regards
Wayne Greenwald
Thank you so much for your moving tribute to Susan.
I first became friendly with Susan when we were both congregants at B’nai Jeshurun in NYC. We both conincidentally became mediators and got reacquainted years later at NYSCDM conferences and events. It took a while to get to know her again. It wasn’t until we both attended the NYC peer group meetings that we interacted more and became close colleagues. I came to love her intelligence and her warmth. I feel very fortunate to have gotten to know her.
Beautiful, heartfelt tribute from one dear friend to another…!
Beautiful Ada. Susan will be missed. Thank you for posting this tribute. And may your heart find peace knowing that she’s in a better place.
Thank you, Ada, for sharing your heartfelt tribute for Susan, a remarkable and dedicated ADR professional. God’s blessings, my prayers.
