In this video, we continue the discussion about health insurance and divorce by examining some of the ins and outs of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, better known as COBRA. COBRA is the health insurance that an employer will provide for the non-employee husband/wife on the other side of the divorce. Many hesitate to go with COBRA, but there are times when it makes sense for a divorced person in need of health insurance.
