I want to share a line from a movie that really resonated with me. A group of pensioners from England were looking for a retirement place. Finding everything in the UK to be small and dark, they read an article about The Great Exotic Marigold Hotel in India. When they get to the hotel, it is a mess. The owners’ young son decided to take over and make it work for these pensioners. Hilarity ensues, but he doesn’t lose faith. When questioned, he says, ”It’ll all work out in the end, and if it didn’t work out, it’s not the end.” And that’s how I feel about the mediation process.
