Have you done any painting lately? While the actual work of doing the cut-outs and rolling the walls is tough, the really hard job is picking out the right paint color. No matter what color you start with, there are myriad shades to choose from, which is overwhelming. And that’s sort of what happens in mediation, especially with a parenting plan. The best way to figure it out is to put your choices into some practice, see what works, take out what doesn’t, and little by little you’ll get to the process that works for you and your family.
