One of the most important things a divorcing couple must establish is a parenting plan. There is a lot of back and forth, pickups and drop-offs when the parents are no longer living under the same roof. Usually, a parenting plan is based on the parents living close to one another so that they can do the co-parenting pretty fluidly and easily. But what happens if one of them wants to relocate and they are not going to be living so close together?
