Going through a divorce results in a change to the family structure. You are transitioning it from everybody living together to the parents living apart, and now the children are going to be co-parented in a very different way. Your responsibilities for your children are still the same, but they’re going to be shifting. It’s a good idea to talk about what is at the heart of these responsibilities that you have now and will have in the future.
