With the increase in divorces for couples in their 50s, 60s, 70s, referred to as the “gray divorce,” there is a good chance that adult children may be involved. In mediation, we talk about all the things that we have to address for young children but we don’t think there is anything to discuss when the children are adults. Let’s revisit this omission.
