The Magic of Mediation [VIDEO]

After almost 18 years as a mediator, I still find myself amazed by how clients work through difficult problems with ingenuity, creativity, and flexibility. And those qualities are never more evident than when I’m working with divorcing parents of special needs children. Watching them crunch the numbers, listening to their conversation, and seeing the creative thinking that they went through, clearly illustrated the magic of mediation.
