Back in the 90s, we took cars or the train and commuted to work. We did our work, then got back in the car or back on the train and went home where we lived our personal lives. Now, the lines between home and work have blurred to the extent that it is all just a big mish-mash. It’s hard to separate your personal life from your business life these days, because those lines are constantly being breached so we have to hold the line and not allow that to happen. It’s time to set and respect those boundaries.
