Relocation: Moving Out of State with the Children (VIDEO)

In my last video, I talked about what happens if one parent moves to such a distance that the current parenting plan will need to be revised. In this video, I talk about relocating out of state. This is a much more serious and challenging situation and the parent who wants to move out of state with the children cannot do that without the written permission of the other parent.
