Once the negotiating is completed and your Agreement has been reviewed to be sure that everything that needs to be stated is stated, you have two options. You can sign and notarize the Agreement and immediately file for divorce, or you can sign and notarize the Agreement and live under it for a period of time. Why would we do that, you ask?
